Most clients asking about labiaplasty are under the age of 18. This is due to lack of education and the very limited depiction of variety in porn. The “barbie doll” look, which is the most common of vulvas found on pornographic websites does not represent the majority of women. In fact, quite the opposite. They are in the minority. And yet long labia, which have for some reason become closeted, are seen us “unpretty”.
